In the last days of April ten boys represented our school in the Football Quarter-Final of Lodz. Teams from the three primary schools, that had won their group elimination, met in the tournament-120 Primary School, 142 Primary School and ours. Each team played two matches, fifteen minutes long. Our school team won the first match with 120 Primary School, with the result 5:1 but lost the second one, 3:2. In general classification our team achieved the second position in the group. Our boys showed high skills and fighting spirit during the matches.

On 5th May all the pupils age level 11-13 from our school took part in the quiz about eight European countries from which our poject partners come from. Children at the same age level met in the school gym to solve different tasks checking their knowledge about the partners’ countries. They had to match the countries on the outline map of Europe, colour the flags, name capital cities and famous people, recognize well known tourist attractions, different products and food unique for each country, guess famous composers, pop music artists or sports activities typical for each nation.
